♡ Where do you source your materials?

Most of the fabrics I use in my designs are secondhand and come from various sources. All yarn comes from local yarn shops and is made from natural fibers.

♡ Do you do custom orders?

Unless specified Earth Angel does not do custom orders at the moment.

 

♡ Will products be restocked? 

Each piece is one of a kind and handmade. This is a one-woman run company so only so much product can be created at once. If there's a design you really loved and it's out of stock, email me and we can try to make something similar in the future.

♡ How do I care for my handmade item? 

Handmade items are delicate! Please handle with care.

For items made from fabric- you can wash on delicate cycle in cold water or hand wash. Hang dry or dry flat. 

For crocheted items- hand wash in cold water and dry flat. Do not wring or twist.

♡ What condition will my vintage item come in?

Some of my vintage inventory has small imperfections- all imperfections will be listed in the condition section of the item. Do not expect all vintage items to be perfect! A bit of imperfection adds character.

♡ What if something I buy breaks or doesn't fit right?

If you purchase a handmade item and it gets damaged or you would like a small alteration, please reach out to contact@shopearthangel.com and I can fix it up for you one time free of charge!
